All RGHI employees uses Handheld devices (Portable computer) to enter order, deliver products and service the equipment, which ensures accuracy in pricing and invoicing. Employees have all customer related histories in their hand so they can make proper orders and remove inactive items (as necessary).
All our Route Sales Managers are trained and knowledgeable in all our products and offerings. Their main purpose of visit is to take proper orders, introduce new programs and keeping you updated with the latest trends in business and take care of any business related queries. They are your main point of contact who is aware of your store products movement and purchasing history. All our delivery drivers are also experience in delivering all products in very professional manner.
All our coffees are freshly roasted and deliver to the warehouse and from their delivered to the customers. We rotate our inventory to ensure that all coffee remains fresh and customers get consistent quality and freshness they expect from every cup of Royal House premium coffee.
