In majority of instances, one of our team of service experts can guide a customer on the phone and resolve matters without needing to schedule a service call.
In House Service
Aside from our Field Technicians, Royal Gourmet House employs full time In-House Technicians. They are an integral part of the Team as they make sure the Machines that are not repairable on site, are repaired promptly and accurately in the workshop. Our turnaround time on equipment repair is an astounding 24-48 hours. Our Goal is to return the Machine back to the location in the same week it was picked up for repairs.
